Do the Opposition speaking in Parliament understand what Ambedkar has said in the Act? Ambedkar said The law I wrote applies only to my time. He has written in the law that it can be amended according to the times.
Moreover, the law needs to change according to the times and the mindset of the people. He was the common lawgiver of all religions and all communities. The law he enacted is what all communities are following as a constitution today.
But Ambedkar himself would not accept it to do political business with Ambedkar. This is the truth told by those who know him well. “If the Opposition had misunderstood Amit Shah’s statement in Parliament and instead of saying Ambedkar and Ambedkar, they would have got a place in heaven.
This is not wrong at all. He has said something true. I like it too. Ambedkar is not greater than God. Ambedkar is just an ordinary educated man, and there is no one equal to God. That is what Amit Shah has said. The opposition is crying out for an apology and a withdrawal.
He was a voice for the oppressed. If the same Ambedkar had not brought the PCR Act, how many people would celebrate Ambedkar? There will be none. You can intimidate other communities or people of other religions. You can do whatever goes wrong. The law should not punish me. Ambedkar himself will not make mistakes. The educated community knows what kind of person Ambedkar was. He is not a real Dalit. Those who know the secret of his birth know.
Political parties are doing political business with Ambedkar. To what extent are the Dalits being run by those who make a living out of Ambedkar? And even when he was alive, I don’t know if so many people would have spoken for Ambedkar. But after his death, the political business is going well with his photo and statue.
Would Ambedkar himself accept this position? That’s what I heard from those who were with Ambedkar. Celebrating Ambedkar for gains is one thing, celebrating for politics is another thing, celebrating it for love is another, who is it? Who? No matter how we celebrate, who knows how to celebrate in whose mind? Will Ambedkar know this? But God knows how anyone celebrats. So, God is very, much greater than Ambedkar.
