Are the Bar Association and Bar Council elections in the judiciary being conducted with qualified lawyers?
Also, who are the lawyers eligible to vote? Who? After that, if they are eligible to vote in the Bar Association and Bar Council elections in the judiciary, then no one with criminal background can come.
As far as I have seen, when the elections of the Bar Association and Bar Council of the Judiciary are held, it is similar to a political party exam.
First of all, are there lawyers qualified for all this? How many cases have they won and won? Also, if all the lawyers who can get a certificate for Rs 50,000 or Rs 1 lakh and register are allowed to vote! The position of lawyers who are genuinely educated, competent and competent is questionable.
In other words, it’s a similar situation in journalism, I mean, does he know about journalism? Don’t you know? It wasn’t a big deal here, he said, with a newspaper badge around his neck. Besides, even those who do not know how to write 10 lines are called journalists.
Because the deserving people will definitely not take money from them and sell this identity card. They cannot convey any message to the people. Even if they do, they are taking the news that comes in favor of the ruling party and running it as insurance paste newspapers.
Their job is kattapanchayat, close proximity to the police and see commissions. The same is the case with lawyers who have paid to become lawyers without studying, and most of them belong to political parties. Apart from this, they are caste party lawyers. Where knowledge should be shown, they are exaggerating the body as superior to knowledge.
Also, whether they give importance to the law or not, wherever they go, they talk about caste. Therefore, it is necessary for the Supreme Court to correct this. Only if the media and the judiciary of the country are corrected, the value of the law, the progress of the people’s labor and the merit of it will be raised in the society. Only the judiciary can prevent excesses, corruption, excesses of political parties and misuse of police power. Therefore, the reform of judicial lawyers’ institutions will benefit the country and its people, especially the working class.
Since the office bearers of the Supreme Court Bar Association have criminal antecedents, their selection will affect the functioning of the court. The apex court on August 21 sought recommendations on reforms in Bar associations and Bar Councils across the country.
A special bench of Justices Suryakant and Dipankar Datta pointed out the huge expenditure incurred by candidates during the Bar Commission elections, arbitrary criteria for inclusion and poor facilities provided.
