Elections in the country will be the auction of democracy if the Election Commission and the Supreme Court do not bring a stringent law in the interest of the nation for the voters and political parties and political parties who take bribes from the politicians who suck the labor of the people of the country.
Is it a democratic election when money and liquor decide one’s victory in elections?
We have been repeatedly reporting to the Election Commission on the makkaladhikaram website and in newspapers. There is a need for a drastic change in the election rules.
Instead of the Election Commission holding elections, hold an election auction competition to bid for people. Whoever pays the most money and takes the people, let them take these people. Be it the ruling party, political party or the opposition, buying votes from the people with money, it is not a democratic election. Within a month or two of the election investigation, calculate how much money has been given to that candidate, irrespective of which party, in which area?
Monitor with drones and hidden cameras. Appoint special officers and qualified persons to conduct elections. Remove government officials from election work. Use paramilitary. Hold elections with army officers. If it is proved that money was given to the people by the CBI, then dismiss them immediately.
Winning elections with money will be the motive of the person elected to corrupt or do political business, not to serve the people. The Election Commission and the Supreme Court should consider this and tighten the rules for this in the elections. Also, if a person’s assets are one share when he contests elections, his assets will increase to 100 shares within five years. All this is practically impossible.
Therefore, they are buying the power of the people by giving money, looting in politics and buying properties in the name of benami, today corruption cases are increasing in the country. For this, the CBI, Intelligence, Enforcement Department, Income Tax Department, Corruption Vigilance Department have to fight to find out their false accounts by spending all this without spending a special court and the time of government officials. Confiscate those assets immediately. Prove it in court and get it back.
Why so much trouble? One is not fit for politics. If a political party makes him win with money! For what purpose will he win? People are voting fools. They vote selfishly. They vote for money. They are voting a mockery of democratic elections. All this needs to change. The Ambedkar Photo Loophole Act in the country is not acceptable to the people of today.
In Ambedkar’s time, people did not vote for money. If someone gives money or goods, people will not vote without a conscience. Ambedkar Law is only for people with conscience and for people who do not have a conscience today, the Election Commission of India and the Supreme Court should bring about a change in the laws accordingly. This is the demand of the social welfare press of the country, journalists, social activists and all those who know politics.
