Is such an election necessary for the panchayat administrative officers and panchayat representatives in every district to carry out joint loot? besides

If the State Election Commission completes five years of duty, it is our job to conduct elections. Why talk to the people about it in the big newspaper and big TV? It is futile for the central government to hold local body elections without changing these local government laws as if they are only motivated by income.

Spending on it is wasting crores of people’s tax money and local government representatives sharing as middlemen without reaching the people useful schemes, it is the height of the power given. Not only that, these local bodies are there for officials and local government representatives to carry out joint looting. Therefore, it is a waste of time to hold these local body elections without amending the law. People’s Power magazine and website are constantly giving various news to the Central Government about this.

That is, people’s power was brought online to the panchayat administration today due to the echo of the newspaper and internet news. But they are only collecting taxes online. Budgets and websites that people can view have been blocked. If you ask, they say there is a shortage of manpower. There is no shortage of shares. But is there a shortage of people to load accounts online?

The main job of auditors is to correct fake accounts in local and panchayat administration.

This is instantly available on the website for each day What are the budgeting plans? The 100-day work programme in the village should be published on the website. The massive corruption in the 100-day work programme continues. A case has also been filed in the Madurai Bench of the High Court in a panchayat near Karur. In many such villages, the activities of this administration are not informing the public.

District Collectors are conducting Grama Sabha meetings. It is futile to conduct. They don’t know what it means. A certain percentage of a village should be at least one-third of the population in the Gram Sabha meeting. But 10 people, not even 100 people, account that the gram sabha meeting was held. The authorities are complicit in this.

Moreover, the District Collector does not take any action against such Gram Panchayats. Then why? You advertise it as a Gram Sabha meeting? Corporate newspapers and television channels are putting out news for advertisements. Similarly, small newspapers are doing this work as a hired heart attack and no big news organizations have brought this to the attention of the central government.

Moreover, they see a substantial amount of looting from the lakes in the villages, the looting of gravel soil, the plundering of hill soil, the plundering of sand in all these things. Apart from this, the officials and panchayat officials are also involved in the auction of trees and karuvel trees in the lakes. If those who are interested in the welfare of the village ask questions, false cases against them, using the influence of the political party to intimidate and rowdyism, the main reason for all this is these local administrative laws. They are playing with these loopholes.

A few months ago, the People’s Power website had reported that social well-wishers in the village have to approach the court for every issue, so a committee of social welfare activists should be formed in every village. The committee should include former IAS, IPS, social welfare journalists, retired judges and volunteers.

What percentage of the work they did in that village? The account should be consulted with the engineer, the actual situation should be written and signed so that the person who did the work can be paid for the work done. If this is done, more than 90% of the problem can be solved by the corruption of the village panchayats.

Only then can the corrupt administrative skills of these panchayat administrators be curbed. There are project directors, panchayat assistant director and block development two people per person. No matter who they are, they are only aiming to take their due.

Therefore, the Local Administration Act enacted during the Congress regime is the biggest corrupt law. It is the central government’s main duty to fix it. Now it is not possible to tear cheques of funds in panchayats. This is not enough, check power should not be given to anyone. Only the officials who sign the cheque should be there and that power should be vested only in the Block Development Officer. How much money does he send to how many panchayats every day to track him? What is its significance? Is it necessary? Not necessarily? It is the responsibility of the project director and the assistant director of the panchayat to monitor it online.

Apart from this, this panchayat election should be held after publishing all the details of the budget schemes of every day online. Doesn’t the panchayat director know this? Does the Secretary not know? Does the Chief Secretary not know? Without knowing all this, what administration is being run in the panchayat? Are there IAS officers who are running the panchayat administrators and officials to have fun?

Is it to carry out this collective loot that the panchayat administration is giving money and auctioning people? In some villages, whoever gives the most money is even declared the winner. The Election Commission should keep a close watch on it. Similarly, those with political influence in the counting center are secretly conducting fraudulent work in the counting center. The State Election Commission has been deployed at every counting centre to monitor all this. Surveillance cameras should be installed and inspection should be done in many places. If there are mistakes, the problem should be corrected immediately by re-counting or re-election.

As far as possible, the State Election Commissioner should keep a close watch on the polling booths from the counting centres to the counting centres. The allegation that the cameras did not work in the recent parliamentary elections is not acceptable. Working underground, officials working in favour of the ruling party, all these should be avoided. Appoint whomever the ruling party says. No election, why elections?

Also, paramilitary is needed to monitor all this. They should be present at every election counting centre. Besides, when counting, the ballot paper should be shown to the candidates and kept separately. Also, when the problem comes and the recount comes, the ballot papers of that village should be the same number. Even if the issue is taken to the court, the court should immediately examine it and give a verdict. Don’t waste five years.

Only if there are more restrictions in the law, fraudsters will run away from the panchayat elections. It is the looting of public property. Gram Panchayat well-wishers, social activists and social welfare journalists have been demanding that the central government should tighten the laws to put an end to it.
