In the executive committee meeting of Tamilnadu Vetri Kazhagam, the office bearers and district executives participated and passed various resolutions against the DMK rule. Some of the important resolutions in this resolution are welcome and some are for the votes of the people.
The first resolution was to strictly follow the principles of Kamaraj, EVR, Ambedkar, Velu Nachiyar and Anjalai Ammal. Secular Social Justice Policies The party’s policies have been named as secular social justice policies.
Apart from this, a resolution has been passed to make the ‘One Nation, One Election’ Act brought by the central government as an anti-democratic act. This is for the political parties in Tamil Nadu to share the power of the country, you are a power, the main reason for opposing this one nation, one election.
Reason? People need to know this truth. One Nation, One Election was everything before 1965. At that time, people understood this patriotism, this history of freedom sacrifice. The history of independence is unknown to the new generation after so many years have passed. I don’t know what they went through.
Therefore, ‘One Nation, One Election’ means that India should be seen as one country. They are looking at every state as a country. Seeman, Thirumavalavan, all these separatist forces are talking about this. Next, if another country fights Tamil Nadu, will they save it? The work of tearing the nation apart.
Next, this secular policy, this secularism, all this is cheating the people. Political parties continue to deceive the people by saying this. He is saying the same thing about Vijay. It is written that one belongs to this religion and what caste one belongs to by birth. What then are you secularism? Whom is this deception?
Apart from this, he condemned the BJP government’s legislation which is an indirect and direct threat to the philosophy of the Lok Sabha. This is also a wrong decision. Whatever you have to say, tell me about the law. What is the law if it is an indirect and direct threat to the philosophy of the Lok Sabha? I mean, the Income Tax Department? The ED? CBI? Are you telling me to take it all away? If he says that he is against corruption and has an alliance with corrupt parties, how can he give a corruption-free government? Or can parties like AIADMK and DMDK form an alliance and give a corruption-free government? besides
More than 90 per cent of the AIADMK’s list of corruption in former ministers and MPs and MLAs goes on. How can you give a corruption-free government with them? Apart from this, there are allegations of corruption against Edappadi Palaniswami. The DMK is the only party that cannot be said to have done anything wrong or corrupt here.
Those who think that the AIADMK can loot without knowing a little bit, those who think that they can beat to know, this is the difference. The merit of the coalition party he puts up? What is the quality and what the opposition will talk about then. Let’s take care of it.
Next, the Tamil Nadu government should first conduct a caste census to establish real social justice. This is something to be welcomed. Next is the principle of state autonomy, which will also divide the country, the right of state autonomy. Similarly, medical, educational, state list should be changed. It’s been like that for so long. Edappadi came and changed it. How much importance did you give to education in the state for 50 years? If that had been the case, so many schools and colleges would not have come up in Tamil Nadu for the need of private education.
Moreover, the state government can abolish the NEET exam and fulfill the medical dream of the students. Whoever comes, this NEET politics is a job to cheat the people. No one can do anything. The reason is that the law has been tightened.
Apart from this, the central and state governments should withdraw the decision to set up an airport in Parandur after realizing the mood of the farmers. This is truly a decision to appreciate. How much are those people suffering? He saw it firsthand. Talk to them and what is their state of mind? I understand that and say this.
Moreover, we will take up the protection of agriculture and agricultural land as a policy. This is truly something to be welcomed. Similarly, the contract workers of NLC should be made permanent. The heirs of those who have given land should be given permanent jobs. Land should not be acquired for mining as consent of farmers. All these are really good resolutions that should be welcomed.
Next, a foreign policy should be formulated in consultation with the Tamil Nadu government on issues related to Sri Lanka to protect the rights of Sri Lankan Tamils and Tamil Nadu fishermen. This is also a good decision to be welcomed. Similarly, a Tamil should be appointed as the ambassador of Sri Lanka. That’s also a necessity. There is no use talking about Katchatheevu.
Further, the Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam along with the fishermen insisting on international law should not arrest fishermen who cross the maritime boundaries. This was not followed by the Sri Lankan government. The Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam will fight for this along with the fishermen. All this is something that should be welcomed on the one hand for the benefit of fishermen.
The next step is to condemn the DMK government for imposing financial burden on the people and imposing the burden of tax hike like electricity tariff, milk price hike, property tax hike, etc. on the people without taking any steps to increase the revenue of the government. Apart from this, he condemned the DMK government for not correcting the administrative disorders like law and order, illicit liquor sale, drug circulation, etc., and for working for the welfare of a few people in power rather than the welfare of the people. All this is truly something to be appreciated.
The next step is to change the monthly electricity bill from bimonthly to monthly electricity calculation system. This is also to be welcomed. Apart from this, alternative schemes should be identified and implemented so that more revenue can be generated from liquor shops than the huge revenue. A bench of the Supreme Court should be set up in Chennai. A judge whose mother tongue is Tamil should be appointed in the High Court bench.
The Tamil Nadu Victory Corporation, which has passed many such resolutions, has some important resolutions and some are more important than the interest of the country, the resolutions made for the votes of the people. It’s a decision that’s like this and that, and people who don’t know politics don’t understand it. Those who know politics will understand this very well.
So even IAS and some journalists would have formulated these resolutions. They are only Tamilnadu as the overall theme of the resolution. How many problems will there be in implementing this? In addition, a state government cannot implement any project so easily without the mercy of the central government. Now Tamil Nadu is reeling under financial burden. One side reveals their lack of managerial skills. On the other hand, it is the pinnacle of power, which is seen as the political motive of their income.
Apart from all this, only those who are public welfare and sacrificial attitude can give corruption-free governance and governance for the people. The rest can only be reported in newspapers and television, or interviews can be given in it. Therefore, our news is in such a way that the makkal adhikaram, the press and the internet can understand the common people.
At every election time, their election promises are not kept. There are newspapers and television channels saying that we have done something or two and done a hundred. This is the politics of Tamil Nadu, the power to change it! You have to study politics. People need to understand politics. Political parties need to be understood.
Apart from this, who is working for the people? Who can sacrifice his labour for the people? That’s what’s important here. They are like journalists, now they are making videos in the BJP and making comments and deceiving people that this is politics. You can’t fool people who know politics.
Moreover, the youth are now of the main concern for political change. Vijay will take advantage of it, but some of these opinions are contradictory. The DMK government had promised to abolish NEET till date. Social activists are of the opinion that it is better for political parties to pass resolutions or make election promises to deceive the people.
