Vanniyar Makkal Katchi leader Sakthi Padayatchi Though the Vanniyar community has been fighting for reservation for many years, many Vanniers got ministerial berths during the AIADMK and DMK rule. The Vanniya community has not done anything for them even in the post of MLA and MP. Not even a percentage has been cheated. This is a big disappointment among the community. The reason for this disappointment is that the Vanniyar community has been a deceived community.
