The Supreme Court has upheld the High Court ruling that a Hindu SC cannot be certified as a Hindu Christian SC if he converts to Christianity or Muslim from his mother religion.

Also, if a person from another religion converts to their mother religion, that SC certificate can be given. If those in the S I list convert to Christianity or Islam, the people in the list will be included in the B C; M B C list.

They have SC. Cannot certify. The Supreme Court has clearly ruled that if a person born to Christian Scheduled Caste parents converts to Hindu, Buddhist or Sikh religion, and is accepted by that religion, then the SC and ST converts are eligible for SC and ST conversions. It is said that the government order of 2009 has to issue a certificate.

This decree! In Tamil Nadu, the GO is applicable only if converts from one religion return to their mother religion (Hinduism). Those who have converted to another religion cannot get SC caste certificate. If they have converted, they will become BC and MBC accordingly. This is the practice in almost all states.

Millions of people have converted without knowing this. But they also call themselves SC. And after conversion

They themselves do not know what their condition is. It is better for the Patil community to be wary of the proselytizing gang. Even this issue is categorically stated by the revenue department officials that when they ask for their certificate for government jobs, the government cannot give it.

It is only then that when the matter is taken up to the court, the Supreme Court has clearly ruled that SC certificate cannot be issued to those who have converted.
