He brought this law for the pain suffered by those people. It’s truly the necessary law of that time. But now the law is being misused. Those who use it are mostly in political parties. On the one hand, they use it as a weapon to take revenge on the other party. They use it as a weapon to intimidate and victimize government officials and alternative communities.
The purpose for which Ambedkar brought these laws should be used for that purpose. There is no connection between what they are talking on the stage and what they are making statements. Now, if someone says something wrong, they pick it up on their cell phone. There were no cell phones in those days. Therefore, laws have to be changed according to the times. His laws were only relevant to the people of his time.
Those people didn’t know how to cheat, they were deceived. That law applies. Now they are deceivers in politics. So, this law is a law that needs to be taken. They also planned to expel Aadhav Arjuna from Thirumavalavan’s party. But they were afraid that it would be in favour of Aadhav Arjuna.
It is also reported that if Aadhav expels Archana from the party, there is a possibility of the Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Party split into two.
