Moreover, the Supreme Court took suo motu cognizance of the case as justice was not done in the murder of the woman doctor. Besides, what is worse than this! If there is one Chief Minister in India who has fought till the Supreme Court to take away the reservation rights of Hindus and give it to Muslims, it is Mamata Banerjee.
Between 2010 and 2020, he included 77 castes in the list of Other Backward Classes. Of these, 74 are Muslims. Only the three major castes are Hindus and three rounds of inspections and inquiries should be conducted to include the caste in the backward class. Nothing at all. Worse still, he has ordered the inclusion of Muslims in the list of backward castes within 24 hours of filing the petition

Also, some Muslim castes have been included in the backward list without petitioning or conducting any inquiry. Public interest litigations (PILs) have been filed in the West Bengal High Court challenging the illegality of the matter. The High Court, which heard all this as a single case, has ordered to remove Muslims from the list of backward people.
Even the Supreme Court has been shaken by such bad cases and people should understand that it has caused a grave danger to the country.
