The judiciary in India is becoming a talking point for the people. Even if a high official commits a mistake, an ordinary officer commits a mistake or if the public makes a mistake, they are immediately dismissed from office the next moment and brought to the court. But if a politician or a minister makes a mistake, even the court gives them legal favour.

Here the law is one law for the common man and one law for those in office, which cannot be accepted by anyone. The judiciary is a department that needs to be corrected immediately. Why was Kejriwal arrested? His arrest has led to multi-crore scams in the liquor policy. Not only that, foreign powers are vocal behind this. Indian law does not allow foreign countries to interfere in the internal affairs of a country.

If that is the case, why was there a voice for Kejriwal from the US? Further, plans were drawn up to privatise the liquor policy. What is the regulation and what should be implemented according to the rules of the government? Kejriwal has brought this liquor policy without following the rules.

This plan is obviously nothing. The Delhi Chief Secretary himself has sent a letter to the Chief Minister in this regard. On the one hand, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has revealed that Rs 100 crore has been transferred to liquor factory owners in southern states. .

In that case, Kejriwal is arrested. In this, the BJP is taking revenge on the leaders with the intention of political vendetta against the opposition parties. It also takes revenge at election time. They make a political living out of the people. Corruption in politics and the courage of the corporate media to deal with them has always been on the side of the corrupt. It is in this courage that they are speaking. This is a big mistake.

There is no need for the media to protect the corrupt and to simply put what the corrupt say. It is not to give concessions and advertisements from the taxpayers’ money to deceive the corrupt that they are all good. Therefore, the Central and State Information Department has to answer this. Journalism is about telling the truth about it. The thief, the robber and the corrupt are talking about his innocence. He is guilty only if they are found guilty.

Until then, he is cheating the law, cheating the courts, deceiving the people and corrupt people are making a living in politics through the corporate media. Here the common man is lamenting because the law is bending for them.

“What is the meaning of a chief minister’s post being in jail? Can you bring office files to the jail there? Besides, since he is the Chief Minister, it is reported that he is not fully cooperating with the investigation of the Enforcement Directorate. Not only that, he said 170 mobile phones were missing. Does that mean he is cheating the law? Or is it his chief ministership that is obstructing the investigation? The question has arisen for the public.

Will all political parties, leaders of all political parties and chief ministers understand that all power and power are for the people, not for your political parties and not for you? Moreover, Modi is doing vendetta politics against them. You are corrupt, is Modi answering for it? Or will you put the blame on Modi and get away? Is this a political rhetoric?

There will be documents for everything legally. A chief minister cannot be arrested without documents. So, when a chief minister is arrested with all the documents and evidence, they are talking about their innocence. But can ordinary people talk like that? Cannot. Only if this situation changes in India, corruption can be eliminated, and good governance can be established in the country. So, is the law in India a law for the common man and a law for those in office? First of all, make it clear to the judiciary.
