New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the youth who do not have a political background should join politics to fight against corruption and family politics.
He asked the youth to give suggestions on this.
Only those who know politics can answer this. Those who do not know cannot answer, and they could have done a study on this by asking the newspapers in the country for their opinion, because the press would have revealed its quality. Moreover, the issue can be solved through this survey law, but can the youth who are new to politics stop it? Corruption can be eradicated in the country only through strict laws. That is, corrupt money and assets should be nationalized.
Benami properties should be nationalised. The Income Tax Department should inspect the assets of IAS and IPS officers every year who are complicit in corruption. Politicians and rulers are required to submit their annual accounts to the Election Commission. Apart from this, the Income Tax Department should also suo motu inspect their assets every year.
“The Central Government should take action against me for complaints of corruption against rulers and politicians and the Central Vigilance Department should investigate the complaints in this committee with the utmost powers. If the investigation shows that the corrupt money is an acquired property, then it should be nationalised and then if I say that I am innocent or not corrupt, they should go to court and face the case. They should not have court cases. If these cases are pending in court or until the case is disposed of, he should not be made to stand for election.
From corrupt rulers to panchayat presidents, the Election Commission and the Income Tax Department should inspect these accounts every year and confiscate the corrupt money and assets. Also, black money stashed abroad should be nationalised. Apart from this, only neutral media and social welfare media should be given concessional advertisements and political parties, newspapers, business magazines and television channels should avoid wasting crores of taxpayers’ money on all this.
The government should immediately confiscate the corrupt money or property and if it is sincere, they should go to court and argue at their own expense and recover the evidence. The law should be tightened and the corrupt should not escape by keeping a loophole in this law. India will be a superpower if corruption is eliminated in the country – Editor .
