There are four departments that protect democracy in the country: politics, power, judiciary, police and the press.

It seems that the BJP has not done this properly yet. But while changing some laws, the Opposition and their pro-choice newspapers, TV channels and social media are creating a false image of the people and undermining democracy.

Bringing down democracy can be avoided by changing the law with the passage of time. But it has become the politics of the opposition parties to speak anyway, and the stooges of the newspapers are the ones who are blowing the coups, and these stooges are now more popular on social media.

They don’t know any law. They don’t know anything, but they are deceiving the people by imposing some newspaper reports and the news of the party leadership.

Where are all of them? Whoever comes around, in the end, they put their hands on people’s heads. That’s what these four departments are doing. At present, democracy is under threat from judges in the judiciary who can act as agents of the opposition.

The recent judgments of the Supreme Court are shocking. In other words, it is dangerous for democracy to grant bail and bail to DMK ministers from Tamil Nadu who have been found guilty of corruption and to make judges the authority of the law.

Ambedkar did not write that there was a law for the minister and a law for the common man. He also said that the ministers who have committed corruption of thousands of crores of rupees have not been given any legal leniency.

The judiciary should follow the historic judgment of judges like Cunha in the country. When Jayalalithaa was the Chief Minister, she was not even made to sit during the trial of the corruption case against her.

He is a historical judge who has proved democracy in the judiciary and not as the Chief Minister. He was offered several crores of rupees. But I couldn’t even get close to him. He is not the only one who is responsible for how the judiciary should function.

Justice Karpaga Vinayagam is a retired judge from Tamil Nadu. He told me himself. Some people tried to price me too. I didn’t agree to that. That’s why they are talked about in society today even after they retire. All of them are proud to have saved democracy in the judiciary.

In the judiciary, judges should give as much importance to their conscience as they do to the law. It is proved by law that a person is guilty by the law, proved by witnesses, and beyond all this, the conscience of the judges knows whether the culprit would have committed the crime. That’s what’s important.

Instead of being followed by the judges in the judiciary, they are selling the power of the rulers and the money of the opposition. Both of these are in the judiciary! Today the rulers are using democracy as a force to crush democracy. except

If this is the common man, they immediately send him to jail and punish him. Why? This discrimination? This is a danger to democracy. Apart from this, public interest litigation for the people is dismissed immediately.

Also, the DMK government is passing a bill here for the bills that have been put forward against the Constitution. They are doing the job that the governor is supposed to do, which is also dangerous for democracy.

They also imposed an interim ban on the Waff Board Act. So, how many people are affected? And if this is the case, to what extent is the judiciary undermining democracy in the country? I can see that. All this needs to be rectified in the judiciary.

Not only that, do they report in the newspapers that he belongs to the Dalit community, so they say this? No, does the Chief Justice say that? I don’t know. Or are these Dalit organisations talking? No matter how you talk about it, it’s wrong. Keep caste in your home, in your relationships, don’t impose caste in the laws enacted for 140 crore people. The country is more important than caste.

Such erroneous and dangerous actions of the judiciary must be changed. Everyone should realise that this is a blow to this nation.

Moreover, the result is that if the corrupt are found guilty by the court and not punished, they stand for election and win. It’s an indirect job of money.

Secondly, when the journalism is portraying all these people as good and powerful people on their television and newspapers, the innocent people who do not know politics are being deceived. This situation needs to change.

Secondly, the police work only for the politically powerful, and the victims and the innocent are punished. This situation needs to change. besides

In the same way, even if someone’s name is talked about as a criminal, a corrupt person, in politics today, for the sake of money? They vote and make them win. This is the biggest mistake people make.

They are also guilty of this. These people, once elected by the people and come to power, amassed wealth without limits, stashed corrupt money abroad and bought property there, all these things are voted by the people who vote without thinking.

Can they vote for such people again, knowing that they are voting for us for this? People don’t think about it, it’s their fault. This is why democracy is being undermined.

Do you see now? Overall, the decline of democracy is playing with money. How can this be prevented? If people vote without thinking, the people will lose.

Therefore, this nation can be saved only by saving democracy. Only by saving the nation can we keep the future generations alive. People are thinking…!
