Avatars, Siddh Purushas and Saints are born in the country who have done their best to the world to guide people and free them from their sinful karma.
Not only that, but how can one attain the path of knowledge? What is the purpose of human life? All these are guided by the Siddhars. How do they protect this body from disease? How can the soul attain liberation in knowledge? They are the ones who are giving different things like that.
Moreover, the Saints and Siddhas who do the purpose for which they were born in this world even after they have attained Jiva Samadhi will not invite all of them. Only those who have praptham here will be invited here. You can’t come here like you go to a temple. That is the position of Siddhas and Saints.
Also, what can be given to whom? Those who decide. So, if you come here and give me gold and money, they will not give it. The Supreme Being, the Siddhar, forgives us the mistakes we have done in our previous births. Siddhars are the ones who protect and bless you from that sinful karma. One such Siddh Purushas was Sri Paranjothi Baba who lived in Vadapalani and his Guru Pooja was performed in his Jeeva Samadhi at Vallakkottai.
As he took the sins of the devotees who came to him, he got a wound on his leg and a worm came into the wound. But Paranjyothi Baba asked him to keep the same worm back in that place and he was experiencing that karma. Do you understand? When you punish a wrongdoer, those who say, “Leave him alone, punish me” are the great men. Paranjyothi Baba is one of those great men.
Devotees worshipped the Lord during his Guru Pooja. Also, a special Annadanam was held during this Guru Puja. Mayilai Guruji was with Paranjothi Baba for some time during his lifetime.
