On behalf of Tamil Nadu Social Welfare Journalists and Makkal Adhikaram Patrika, news about the plight of journalism is published. There has been no action from the central or state government so far. It has also been sent as a complaint. Our legal notices have also been issued twice.
But so far, the Tamil Nadu government and the central government continue to neglect. Is there politics behind this? Moreover, what we are asking for is our right, the recognition of the government that suits our labor. But if this continues to be ignored, the central and state governments will have no option but to approach the court. Also, laws need to be changed according to the times. That’s social change. That’s social justice. This has been clearly stated several times through People’s Empowerment magazine, in detail to the top officials of the news department on the website and in the makkaladhikaram Press.
Also, which magazine about circulation? When the officials tell the court how much circulation is there, then only the judiciary will know. Because they are wasting the tax money of the people by giving crores of advertisements and concessions to newspapers that do not have circulation. Even yesterday, a friend of mine, who buys unsold magazines, says I get a quarter ton of The Hindu every day.
How much does it sell? How much does it sell? How much return is coming? If this is the case, what are the remaining newspapers? The information department officials of the central and state governments will understand this. People know that to some extent. How many offers and advertisements are given by giving false information through the auditor report? Which magazines? When they hear it in court, they will know.
I hope time will bring a solution to everything. I humbly ask for the time that can lead this world. Impartial justice! We should get it in court. It should be social justice to journalism. Moreover, it must be the end of the dawn of time given to injustice in the news industry.
This is the main demand on behalf of the judiciary that this verdict should be a crutch to give life to journalism as a new building plan for transparent governance in government administration and politics for social change.
