Chief Justice of India Chandra Sood’s statement has instilled faith in the judiciary and social journalists like us. We are trying our best to save democracy and the Constitution of India. Your cooperation is very important for that. All the people should come together and come out on the streets and ask the government for their rights. This dictatorial government will scare the people. They will threaten.

but You don’t have to be afraid. Be brave and ask the government for an account. I’m with you. On behalf of the people of the country, we express our heartfelt gratitude to Chief Justice Chandra Sood for recording this view.

Moreover, every citizen is forced to fight in the courts to get justice in the judiciary. It should be simplified . Justice should not be one justice for the common man, one justice for the government officials , one justice for the rich, one justice for those holding high positions like ministers . If that is the case, Indian democracy and the Constitution cannot be saved.

Several ministers in Tamil Nadu face corruption They are embroiled in lawsuits. All of them are taking advantage of the loopholes in the law by delaying the court cases, giving a favourable verdict in those corruption cases. It is the common man and government officials who do not get those benefits. Journalists like us could not accept the conviction given to a minister in the High Court, delay in the Supreme Court or show favour to them.

Moreover, we have been struggling for 30 years in this field of journalism because the discriminatory officials, rulers and the people of newspapers like ours are not able to convey the real news. Social welfare press and journalists do not have laws that need to be changed with the times. People’s Power is the only newspaper in Tamil Nadu that has been reporting this to this news department for more than five years, but so far neither the authorities nor the rulers have taken any notice of it.

On behalf of the Tamil Nadu Social Welfare Journalists’ Association, if they make up their mind on such social welfare issues, they should now take up the issue as a Sumoto case and investigate it. We urge and request. We have also conveyed our views to the Press Council of India in this regard.

Besides, the Tamil Nadu Social Welfare Journalists Federation has also submitted our request to the Director and Secretary, who are the top officials of the Information Department of the present State. By bringing this message to your attention, the freedom of the press in the country will be strengthened. Fighting corruption in the country This is an important requirement for the press and journalists.

” We would like to convey to you that we will do our best to save the Constitution and democracy of India.
