On the one hand, we see the public talking about the Supreme Court judges Mahadevan and Parthiwala, and on the other hand, the DMK functionaries are celebrating and appreciating it. Are these judges sitting to give a verdict in their favour? The question also arises.
Not only that, the question of how 100 crores came to the judge’s house recently is shocking to the public. If the judiciary is a judgment for the common man, a verdict for the corrupt and a verdict for the rich, how can it be called the judiciary?

Only a few social welfare journals like ours are presenting the truth in an unbiased manner. The rest is a business, with an emphasis on income, newspapers, which are daily, monthly, weekly, twice a month and without any distinction between big magazines. It’s like swimming in a fire these days. On the one hand, the news is on the other side, the economy on the other side, on the other side the criticism of the public, and beyond this, the press has been forced into a situation where the newspaper has to run.
When the judiciary investigates crores of scams, the judges who investigate the corrupt will be forced to stand on the fire and deliver justice. Today, how many judges in Tamil Nadu have abstained from investigating the TASMAC scam? How long is the delay in the Senthil Balaji corruption case? Even if the ED brings evidence on one side, it has no power to raid and investigate it, and laws are bending in favour of the corrupt from the judiciary.
If such a situation continues in the judiciary, the judiciary will lose the confidence of the public. Besides, the judges do not act according to the law, according to their conscience, and the judges have come to a situation where the verdict is criticized by the public and spoken in public. What kind of judgment would that be? The verdict given by Bardiwala and Mahadevan in the Supreme Court is against the interest of the people and against the interest of the people.

A committee should be set up in the Supreme Court. How should the committee have judges like Subramanian and Anand Venkatesh in Tamil Nadu? Only then should they subject such judgments to review. Politicians and these newspapers can no longer deceive the majority of the people. People are beginning to understand the truth. Therefore, there is no doubt that this will put education in the list of corruption and the common people will be forced to buy higher education at a high price.
Moreover, the assets of these ministers are mounting and giving many reasons for it, all this work should be talked to fools. The central government is yet to bring proper laws in the country. With the loophole made by Ambedkar for this, the corrupt people are playing politics with such judges.
The people of the country continue to be deceived by political parties. On the one hand, they are talking against corruption and are contesting elections by forming alliances with corrupt parties because people who do not know the meaning of corruption are voting for them.
