For social welfare newspapers that are capable of fighting corruption in the country, the circulation law should be enacted by the visitors of the newspaper’s websites and the same should be counted as circulation.

Moreover, the cost of today’s print media is that it is difficult for them to invest so much money in it, so news reaches the people through the Internet. There is no compulsion that a news should reach the people through the print media.

In today’s time, people are less likely to buy and read newspapers, today people are interested in reading news through the Internet, so the laws should be changed according to the times, not only that, but here only the qualified social welfare newspapers that can fight against corruption should be given this privilege and advertisements in the national interest, in the interest of the society.

Apart from this, in the Tamil Nadu Journalists Welfare Board, since the executives of corporate newspapers are in charge of it, there should be two people in charge of such newspapers. Eligible newspapers should also be included as members of the Welfare Board so that the press can fight for corruption-free governance in the country.

For the past 50 years, the government has taken advantage of these laws and given concessions and advertisements to the newspapers which are not important for the social welfare and national interest of the country.

People’s lives are a struggle against corruption, against political power. It’s all true. It is unfortunate that what is happening to the people of the country, especially the poor and the middle class, is the tyranny of the political and political parties of the bureaucracy. Moreover, it cannot be accepted that the newspapers are the fourth pillar of the country as the rulers own crores of taxpayers’ money only for these corporate newspaper channels and have been their mouthpiece.

As a result, this is one of the reasons why people do not get justice in the society today, do not get the protection of the law, and there are more cases in the court and the police. In Tamil Nadu, 90 per cent of corruption cases are against the rulers. These corruption cases are yet to be properly registered. It is 90 per cent above the surface. Due to this, the progress of the country, the social progress of the people, is being questioned and today people are forced to fight in society. besides

In order to change all this, the central and state government should bring the circulation law for the development of eligible social welfare newspapers in the country, just as the Circulation Act is for the print media, the website of these newspapers should be brought as a circulation law. It is the need of the hour that only such qualified social welfare newspapers should be given privileges, advertisements and recognition.

Also, the social justice of this journalism! It is against the freedom of the press to give concessions and advertisements to newspapers fighting against corruption and to decide it as a policy decision of the government. The only solution is to change the laws of journalism in the country according to the times

Furthermore, our lawyer Muthusamy’s legal notice has been sent again (Remaining Notice) to the action department of the central and state governments.
