தேர்தல் நெருங்கும் வேலையில்! அரசியல் கட்சிகள் ,இலவசங்களை மட்டுமே ,தேர்தல் அறிக்கையில் முன்னுரிமையாக கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள்.As the election approaches, political parties have prioritized only freebies in their election manifestos.

ஆனால், கிராம மக்களின் வாழ்வாதாரம் என்ன? என்பது பற்றி இதுவரை எந்த கார்ப்பரேட் பத்திரிகை மற்றும் தொலைக்காட்சி நிறுவனங்களும், முக்கிய அரசியல் கட்சிகளுக்கு தெரிவிக்கவில்லை.But, so far, no corporate press or television company has informed the major political parties about the livelihood of the villagers.

மேலும்,பத்திரிக்கைத் துறையில் இந்த ஊடகங்கள், ஆதிக்க சக்திகளின் கைக்கூலியாக இருந்து வருகிறது. ஆனால், சமூக மாற்றத்திற்காக குரல் கொடுப்பதால் , அதனால் சந்திக்கக்கூடிய எதிர்ப்புகள், போராட்டங்களை இந்த சமூக நலன் பத்திரிகைகள் சந்திக்க வேண்டி இருக்கிறது . இது தவிர,எவ்வளவோ செய்திகள் திமுகவின் அராஜகங்கள் ,அடாவடித்தனங்கள் ,எவ்வித எதிர்பார்ப்பும் இல்லாமல், இந்த பத்திரிகைகளில் சில மட்டுமே வெளியிட்டுள்ளன. அது மக்களிடம் சமூக மாற்றத்திற்கான முக்கிய செய்தியாக கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும்,Moreover, in the field of journalism, these media outlets have been the pawns of the dominant forces. எத்தனையோ இந்த சிறிய பத்திரிகைகள் , பல அதை நியாயப்படுத்தி கூட செய்திகள் வெளியிட்டு, அவர்களும் பத்திரிகை என்று கைக்கூலியாகவே இருந்து வருகிறது. ஆனால், இந்த சமூகத்திற்காக உண்மையை வெளிப்படுத்தும் பத்திரிகைகள், மிகச் சில மட்டுமே தமிழகத்தில் இருந்து வருகிறது.There are so many small newspapers, many of which even justify it and publish news, and they too are being paid by the name of newspapers. அப்படிப்பட்ட பத்திரிகைகளுக்கு என். டி .ஏ கூட்டணி ஆட்சி அமைக்கும் என்று சில தினங்களுக்கு முன்பே மக்கள் அதிகாரத்தின் இணையதளத்தில் செய்திகள் வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இது திமுக கூட்டணிக்கு அதிர்ச்சியாக கூட இருக்கும்.

மேலும்,ஒருவேளை நாம் எதுவுமே செய்யாததால், இந்த பத்திரிகைகள் காழ் புணர்ச்சியின் பேரில், இப்படிப்பட்ட செய்திகளை வெளியிடுகிறார்கள் என்ற தவறான நோக்கத்தில் கூட ,அவர்கள் பேசுவார்கள்.And, perhaps they will speak with the wrong intention that these newspapers are publishing such news out of spite, because we have done nothing.

அப்படிப்பட்ட நோக்கத்தில் நாங்கள் பத்திரிக்கை நடத்தவில்லை. இதை தொடர்ந்து படிக்கின்ற வாசகர்களுக்கு, இந்த உண்மைகள் புரியும். மேலும்,வாசகர்களை கேட்டு தெரிந்து கொள்ளட்டும். உண்மையை அவர்களே சொல்வார்கள்.

ஆனால், அவருக்கு வேண்டியவர்களை சொல்ல, சொல்லி, ஊடகங்கள் வெளியிடும் செய்திகளை போல், பொய்களை பரப்பிக் கொண்டிருந்தால், அதற்கு பதில் சொல்லத் தேவையில்லை. மேலும்,நாங்கள் வைப்பது எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமி தலைமையில் அமைக்கக்கூடிய ஆட்சிக்கு தான், இந்த கோரிக்கையை வைக்கிறோம். அதுமட்டுமல்ல,But if he is spreading lies like the news published by the media, telling people what he wants, then there is no need to respond to it. நாட்டில் பொது சொத்துக்கள் திமுக ஆட்சியில் கொள்ளையடிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த பொது சொத்துக்களை பாதுகாக்க, எங்களைப் போன்ற சமூக நலன் பத்திரிகைகளும், நாட்டில் உள்ள சமூக ஆர்வலர்களும், பொதுமக்களும், போராட வேண்டி இருக்கிறது. மேலும், பலர் இந்த அரசியல் கட்சி என்ற ஒரு பின்புலத்தை வைத்துக்கொண்டு, ஏரி, குளம் ,குட்டை ஆறுகள், போன்ற நீர் நிலைகளை பங்கு போட்டு, கொள்ளையடிப்பது தான் திறமை என்று செய்து வருகிறார்கள். இவர்களுக்கு கிராம மக்கள், நகர மக்கள் பேசுவதெல்லாம் காதில் விழவில்லை. விலைமதிப்புள்ள பொது சொத்துக்களை திமுக அரசு பாதுகாக்க தவறிவிட்டது.மேலும்,Public assets in the country have been looted under the DMK regime. அளவுக்கு அதிகமாக ஆறுகளில் மணல் எடுப்பது, ஏரிகளில் மண் எடுப்பது ,இதை தட்டிக் கேட்கும் கிராம மக்களுக்கு பணம் கொடுத்து சரி செய்வது, இல்லை என்றால் மிரட்டுவது ,பொய் வழக்கு போடுவது, இவ்வளவு பிரச்சனைகளையும், பொதுமக்களும், சமூக ஆர்வலர்களும், சமூக நலன் பத்திரிகைகளும், சந்தித்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.Excessive sand extraction from rivers, soil extraction from lakes, paying villagers who ask for it to be fixed, threatening them if they don’t, and filing false cases – these are all problems that the public, social activists, and social welfare newspapers are facing.

மேலும்,இந்த நீர் நிலை புறம்போக்கு நிலங்கள் ,எதற்கு ? என்று கூட தெரியாமல்,அரசியல் அதிகாரத்தால் அல்லது அரசியல் கட்சி பின்புலத்தால், இவர்கள் விற்று கோடிகளை சம்பாதிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற ஒரே நோக்கமாக செயல்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.மேலும்,

இவர்களுக்கு பொது சொத்துக்களை விற்று சாப்பிட தான் வாக்களித்தார்களா? மேலும் ,50 ஓட்டு, 100 ஓட்டில், ஜெயித்து பஞ்சாயத்து தலைவராக வந்தால், அவன் அந்த ஊரையே விற்று சாப்பிடலாம் என்று நினைக்கிறான். இல்லையென்றால், பத்து அரசியல் கட்சியினருடன் கூட்டு சேர்ந்து, மணல் வியாபாரிகளிடம் அல்லது சவுடு மண் வியாபாரிகளிடம் ரகசிய ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டு ஊரின் பொது சொத்துக்களை விற்று எப்படி பல கோடிகளை சம்பாதிக்கலாம்? இந்த நினைப்பில் இருக்கின்றார்கள்.Did they vote for them to sell public property and eat it? இதற்கெல்லாம் NDA கூட்டணி முற்றுப்புள்ளி வைக்க வேண்டும் . மேலும் ,பொது சொத்துக்களை பாதுகாக்க வேண்டிய இக் கூட்டணி குறைந்தபட்சம் ஆக்கிரமிப்பு செய்தாலோ, அல்லது சட்டத்திற்கு புறம்பான வழியில் அல்லது அளவுக்கு அதிகமாக இந்த மண்ணை எடுத்தாலோ ,அவர்கள் மீது கிரிமினல் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். The NDA coalition must put an end to all this. Moreover, if this coalition, which is supposed to protect public property, at least encroaches, or takes this land illegally or excessively, criminal action should be taken against them.

மேலும் ஏரி ,குளம், குட்டை, பொறம்போக்கு நிலங்களை ஆக்கிரமிப்பு செய்தால் ,குறைந்தபட்சம் 5 ஆண்டு சிறை தண்டனையும் சொத்தின் மதிப்புக்கு தகுந்தவாறு அபராதமும், இருக்க வேண்டும் .Furthermore, encroachment on lake, pond, pond, or ravine land should be punishable by a minimum of 5 years in prison and a fine commensurate with the value of the property.

மேலும், இப் பிரச்சனை மக்கள் மத்தியில்,தற்போது கிராமங்கள் தோறும் ,நகரங்கள் தோறும் ,பேசப்படுகின்ற முக்கிய பிரச்சனை. இந்தப் பிரச்சனை பற்றி, எந்த ஒரு அரசியல் கட்சியும், இதை தேர்தல் அறிக்கையில் இதுவரை சேர்க்கவில்லை. இந்த இரு பிரச்சனையும், முக்கிய பிரச்சனை என்பதால், இதை ஏன் சேர்க்கக்கூடாது?Moreover, this issue is a major issue that is currently being discussed among the people in every village and city. மேலும்,வருகின்ற தேர்தல் மக்களுக்கான தேர்தலாக இருந்தால்! இதை அவசியம் பிஜேபியின் உள்துறை அமைச்சர் அமித்ஷா மற்றும் எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமி இருவரும் ,இந்த இரண்டு பிரச்சனைகளும், மிகவும் முக்கியத்துவம் ஆனது என்பதை வலியுறுத்தி, சமூக நலன் பத்திரிக்கையாளர்கள் கூட்டமைப்பு சார்பில் ,தேர்தல் அறிக்கையில் சேர்த்திட கோரிக்கை.Furthermore, if the upcoming election is an election for the people, this is a must. மேலும், இப் பிரச்சனைகள் குறித்து,சமூக நலன் பத்திரிக்கைகள் கூட்டமைப்பு வலியுறுத்தி தேர்தல் அறிக்கையில் சேர்த்திட, அதிமுகவின் பொதுச் செயலாளர் எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமிக்கும், தவெக தலைவர் விஜய்க்கும் , மற்றும்,பிஜேபியின் மாநில தலைவர் நைனார் நாகேந்திரனுக்கும், கடிதம் அனுப்ப நிர்வாகிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.Furthermore, the executives have said that they will send a letter to AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami, TDP leader Vijay, and BJP state president Nainar Nagendran, urging the Social Welfare Press Association to include these issues in the election manifesto.
