If anti-social activities like ganja, drugs, rowdyism are done in the background of a political party, are they good? Why such a brutal attack on Savukku Shankar, a common YouTuber who should have taken action against them?

Millions of crores are being looted in politics. They routinely cheat the law and get bail and escape the loophole of the law in the court. But Savukku Shankar continued to make several allegations against the DMK regime and there was a vendetta for that.

Moreover, the allegation made by Savukku Shankar against the police may be true. Or it could be a lie, but it is wrong to say that it is directed at an individual. This is because illicit love is accepted in the name of choice, which has also been recognized by the Supreme Court. In that case, what he said was wrong. But when they are involved in public life, they have made such a small thing big. Whatever legal action is required to be taken, it is not wrong.

But the court can give the right solution to the fact that slapping a ganja case and a false case against him is dangerous to the freedom of expression and freedom of the press. Moreover, the Supreme Court should immediately stop the power that can be given to those in the police force for these lies. This law, which was given for criminals in the country, is being unleashed on innocent civilians and journalists. This is incorrect.

If a police officer files a false case, he can go to court and take action against that police. But the court is delaying this. As a result, the affected person did not get immediate remedy. At this juncture, the power of the police is misused. Only the Supreme Court can resolve this issue through law. The Federation of Social Welfare Journalists has demanded that the police officer concerned should be suspended or punished and fined.

The hired heart-wrenching press and journalists collectively blame Savukku Shankar. Corporate journalists should understand that even if you earn 200,000 rupees, you are still a hired journalist. But we’re not like that. We express the truth for the benefit of society on the basis of our freedom of the press.
