The DMK government should take immediate action to close down liquor shops. On the one hand, the problem of the people is illicit liquor and on the other hand, the poor and middle class women express their anguish that the women of the family take the hard earned money and give it to the liquor shops.
If the Tamil Nadu government takes steps to close the liquor shops, the opposition parties can end the protest. In Kallakurichi, action has been taken against the SP, Collector and Prohibition SP, from high officials to lower level officials related to prohibition. It is not a permanent solution. If a permanent solution is to be found, the liquor shops should be closed in a phased manner.
Playing politics in cultural deaths to gain political mileage from the people has become the dirty politics of Tamil Nadu political parties.
No politician should think that people who do not know politics will continue to be deceived by such politics. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin has taken the right step. Instead of playing politics over this issue, political parties should do whatever they can to provide relief to the affected families and financial assistance for education expenses.
But instead of that, the corporate company is advertising your face in television and newspapers and shouting slogans, there is no use in the business of fake media politics. Take legal action instead. It is necessary. Political parties need an important role in eradicating illicit liquor in the country.
But people have already lost faith in political organizations and politicians when BJP leaders and Anbumani Ramadoss give interviews for fake publicity. On behalf of makkaladhikaram, I request you not to increase it.
Knowing that it was a mistake committed by the DMK partymen, they took action against the party members and arrested them. Without such a move anymore, can’t the same political parties be able to see it in every region? So, if political parties understand that publicity politics does not benefit the people.
