In the impeachment notice issued against G.R. Swaminathan, we have pointed out various allegations that Justice G.R. Swaminathan is misusing his power in a one-sided and unlawful manner in favour of a particular lawyer and in favour of a particular caste.
If he continues to investigate cases, he will create more chaos in Tamil Nadu. The order he issued yesterday is a testimony to that. The Chief Secretary, DGP and the Home Secretary of the Government of India, who are not related to the contempt of court case, have been summoned for questioning in the case.
Therefore, as an impeachment notice has been issued against him, Thirumavalavan has requested him to voluntarily resign so that the investigation against him can proceed smoothly.
Thirumavalavan is an honest politician who respects the law and speaks like that. But if he talks about the politics of the party or shows evidence for it, will Thirumavalavan voluntarily dissolve his party? I’m not saying this, it’s a question for those who know politics?
