The Supreme Court of the country should be the guardian of the people and the guardian of the law. But today it is a shame to be a protector of corrupt politicians.

The people of Tamil Nadu should thank Governor R. N. Ravi. Because he is credited with saving the DMK government from the law and order problem as much as he could. He was in a key position in the Intelligence Bureau.

Is the Supreme Court verdict against the Governor? Or is it against Tamil Nadu students and Indian students? Such an erroneous judgment has been given in the Supreme Court. In Tamil Nadu, education has already become a business, and the hard-earned and uneducated people do not know the difference.

In this situation, the Supreme Court has given the power to appoint the Vice Chancellors of the universities by the Chief Ministers of the respective states of the country, which is an injustice to education. Where will this verdict end? This means that the poor and the middle class of the country will not be able to pursue higher education in the future. All college student communities should fight against this verdict. Reason?

All university vice-chancellors can no longer become vice-chancellors without carrying crores in suitcases. The gist of the verdict is that those who are eligible will not get the appointment of vice-chancellors. This is what Governor R. N. Ravi opposed. He did not give assent to the bill. He sent it back. When the same bill came again, he sent it to the President. Governor R.N. What did Ravi do wrong? The student community should think. Moreover, since this verdict has been given by the Supreme Court, politicians are celebrating like eating halwa.

Moreover, the hired newspapers and television channels are praising the Supreme Court verdict. Taking to social media, Netaji Makkal Katchi founder Varadarajan strongly opposed the verdict and said that it was a wrong verdict given in a loophole in the law. The Supreme Court says,

Does the Governor have the power to act independently under Article 200 of the Constitution or is subject to the decision of the state cabinet? A bench of Justices Pardiwala and R. The bench, comprising Justice S Mahadevan and Justice S Mahadevan, has given a very detailed verdict.

Here politicians are saying, as you say, that Ambedkar had made it clear during the debates in the Constituent Assembly. Constitutional enforcers point out that the law is bad if it is not good.

When politicians take oath, they take the oath. I will be true to the Constitution, to my conscience and to God. Then, they are looting thousands of crores. All this corruption is going on in the High Court and the Supreme Court today.

It is a wrong judgment for the Supreme Court to say that the Governor is acting against the Constitution. And, as you say, only the government elected by the people has the power. But the governor has the power to protect the law, forgetting that and knowing what the consequences of passing a law in the legislature are not to give his assent to it. But the Supreme Court has given such a wrong verdict based on a loophole in the law.

Those who came to power should act according to the law as per the advice of Ambedkar you said. But there is no benefit to the people if they act in such a way as to bend the law or pocket it. Governor R. My. Ravi has done his duty in Tamil Nadu according to law and conscience. There is no difference of opinion in that. Does the governor have the power to pass a wrong bill and give his assent? It is for the Supreme Court to rule again.

Education is already a business enterprise of politicians in Tamil Nadu today. This Supreme Court verdict will sell education. Like lawyers in Andhra Pradesh are selling degrees without studying, now they will sell BA, MA, MBA, BE, ME. Such a situation should not arise in the country and the central government should intervene immediately.

On behalf of the People’s Power Press, the people of the country, the Tamil Nadu Social Welfare Magazine and the journalists, we urge all the Governors to come together and take this issue to the Bench Court in the same Supreme Court and take this case as a matter of your prestige and keeping in mind the future interest of the students of India, to put an end to the injustice given to education. Request.
