ஊழலை எதிர்த்து போராடும் இயக்கம், அறப்போர் இயக்கத்தால் வெளிவரும் ‌-செந்தில் பாலாஜியின் டிரான்ஸ்பார்மர் ஊழலை ,சிபிஐ விசாரணைக்கு உத்தரவிட்டது – சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம்.

தமிழ்நாட்டில் ,ஊழலை எதிர்த்து போராடுவதில் இன்று ,தமிழக அளவில் பேசப்படும் ஒரே இயக்கம் அறப்போர் இயக்கம்.The only movement that is being talked about in Tamil Nadu today in the fight against corruption is the Arapor Movement.

இதன் தலைவர் ஜெயராமன் எந்த விதத்திலும் ,காம்ப்ரமைஸ் ஆகாமல் திமுகவின் ஊழலை வெளிக்கொண்டு வந்து இருக்கிறார் என்றால் ,அது சாதாரண விஷயம் அல்ல.If its leader, Jayaraman, has exposed the corruption of the DMK without compromising in any way, then that is not an ordinary matter.

மேலும்,ஊழல் செய்பவர்கள் கூட்டு சேர்ந்து, ஊழலை செய்துவிட்டு, போய்விடுகிறார்கள். ஆனால், அதை கண்டுபிடிப்பதற்கும் ,அதற்கான ஆதாரங்களை கொண்டு போய் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடர்வதற்கும், எவ்வளவு போராட வேண்டி இருக்கிறது?Moreover, corrupt people collude, commit corruption, and then get away with it. சாதாரண மக்கள் இந்த போராட்டத்தை கையில் எடுக்க முடியுமா? எடுத்தாலும், அதை நேர்மையுடன் கொண்டு போய் மக்கள் மத்தியில் வெளிப்படுத்த முடியுமா? ஆதாரங்களை எடுக்கும்போதே விலை போய் விடுவார்கள். அல்லது எடுத்துக் கொண்டு விலை பேசி விடுவார்கள். இப்படி எல்லாம் பார்த்திருக்கிறோம்.Can ordinary people take up this struggle? ஆனால், இவர் நினைத்திருந்தால் செந்தில் பாலாஜி இடம் எத்தனையோ நூறு கோடி சம்பாதித்து விட்டுப் போய் இருக்கலாம். ஆனால், உண்மையிலேயே இவருடைய மனது எந்த அளவுக்கு ஒரு நேர்மையான மனசு! இல்லாமல் இதையெல்லாம் சாதாரணமாக செய்யவே முடியாது.But, if he had thought about it, he could have earned hundreds of crores and left Senthil Balaji’s place. Also, how much pain, suffering, and humiliation does an ordinary journalist have to endure when fighting corruption in the field?

அதுமட்டுமல்ல, செய்தித் துறையில் இருக்கின்ற அதிகாரிகளுக்கு! எது உண்மை? எது பொய்? என்று தெரியாமலே வேலை பார்க்கிறார்கள்.Not only that, but the officials in the news department! They work without knowing what is true and what is false.

பத்திரிகை என்றால் என்ன? என்று கூட படிக்காதவர்கள் எல்லாம் செய்தி துறையில் அதிகாரிகளாக இருக்கிறார்கள். இவர்கள் 30% விளம்பர கமிஷனுக்காக பத்திரிக்கை துறையை அழித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.Those who haven’t even read what journalism is are all officials in the news industry. They show fake audit accounts, give concessions, advertisements to all those newspapers, and they don’t know the meaning of journalism. They sit on that seat and look like political party members. Can they develop the journalism industry?

பத்திரிக்கை என்றால் அரசியல் கட்சியினரின் சுய நலத்திற்க்கு ஆக்கிவிட்டார்கள் . அதாவது இவர்களுக்கு வேண்டிய பத்திரிகை மற்றும் அதன் நிருபர்கள் மட்டுமே பத்திரிக்கை என்று தீர்மானித்து விட்டார்கள். இது இன்றைய அரசியல் போல் சுயநலமாகி விட்டது. அரசியல் சுயநலமாகிவிட்டால் ஊழல் தான் இருக்கும். அதேதான் இங்கும்.They have made journalism for the selfish interests of political parties. That is, they have decided that journalism is only for the newspapers and their reporters that they want. It has become selfish like today’s politics. If politics becomes selfish, there will be corruption. The same is true here.

இந்தக் கொடுமைக்கு எல்லாம் கார்ப்பரேட் பத்திரிக்கை தொலைக்காட்சிகளின் ஏஜென்ட்களாக செயல்படும் செய்தித் துறை அதிகாரிகளிடமிருந்து சமூகநலன் பத்திரிகைகளை பாதுகாப்போம்.எனவே,Let us protect social media from the news department officials who act as agents of corporate newspapers and television stations for all this cruelty. Therefore,

இனி செய்தி துறையில் இவர்களுக்கெல்லாம் ஒரு முடிவு கட்டாமல், நானும் பத்திரிக்கை துறையில் இருந்து வெளிவரமாட்டேன்.மேலும்,

இந்தப் பத்து ஆண்டு காலம் ,நான் பட்ட வலி, வேதனை இந்த பத்திரிகையோடு போராடிக் கொண்டிருப்பது ,தாங்கக்கூடிய அவமானங்கள் ,இதை எல்லாம் யாரிடம் போய் சொல்ல முடியும்? மேலும்,Who can I tell all about the pain and suffering I have endured over these ten years, the struggles I have endured with this magazine, the humiliations I have endured? கூலிக்கு வேலை செய்பவன் எல்லாம் பத்திரிகை என்கிறான். சமூகத்துக்கு உண்மையை போராடும் போது, அதில் எது உண்மை ?என்று கூட புரியாமல், மக்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள். மேலும்,அதேபோல் தான், அறப்போர் இயக்கம் ஜெயராமன் ஒரு லட்சியத்திற்காக வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார் என்று நினைக்கிறேன்.

இல்லையென்றால், இந்த ஊழல்வாதிகளை எதிர்த்து போராடுவது சாதாரண காரியம் அல்ல. அது பற்றி எவ்வளவு கடுமையும், கொடுமையும் பின் விளைவுகளும், இருக்கும் என்பது எங்களைப் போன்ற பத்திரிக்கையாளர்களால், புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியும்.Otherwise, fighting these corrupt people is no ordinary task. Journalists like us can understand how harsh, cruel, and with what consequences it will entail.

மேலும், செந்தில் பாலாஜியின் ஊழல், கூட்டு சேர்ந்து செய்திருக்கிறார்கள். அதாவது டிரான்ஸ்பார்மர் வாங்கியதில் எல்லா டெண்டர் உரிமையாளர்களும் ,ஒரே தொகையை அவர்கள் குறிப்பிட்டு இருக்கிறார்கள் என்றால், எல்லோரும் கூடி பேசி, கூட்டுக் கொள்ளை வேலை தான் இதில் நடந்திருக்கிறது.Furthermore, Senthil Balaji’s corruption was committed in collusion. அது மட்டுமல்ல, ஒரு மாநிலத்தில் ஒரு டிரான்ஸ்பார்மர் ரூபாய் 4, 50,000 க்கு வாங்கி ஆறு மாதம் கூட ஆகவில்லை என்று இவர் பில்லோடு சப்மிட் பண்ணும் போது ,இவர் ஏழரை லட்சம் போட்டால்,7,50,000 கிட்டத்தட்ட ஒரு டிரான்ஸ்பார்மருக்கு மூன்று லட்சம் பிளஸ் என்று வைத்தால் 397 அதாவது 400 கோடி அளவுக்கு இதில் ஊழல் நடந்திருப்பதை கண்டு பிடித்துள்ளது அறப்போர் இயக்கம்.Not only that, but when he submitted the bill stating that he had purchased a transformer in a state for Rs. 4,50,000 and it had not even been six months, if he had put in seven and a half lakhs, then if we put 7,50,000 plus three lakhs for a transformer, then the Arapor movement has discovered that there has been corruption to the tune of Rs. 397, or 400 crores.

மேலும்,அறப்போர் இயக்கத்தின் சார்பில், லஞ்ச ஒழிப்பு துறைக்கு புகார் அளித்து, அதற்கான ஆதாரங்களையும் கொடுத்து இருந்தாலும் கூட, லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறை அதை எல்லாம் கிடப்பில் போட்டு, அந்த விசாரணையை மூன்றாண்டு காலம் கால நீடிப்பு செய்து, பிறகு அதை தள்ளுபடியும் செய்து விட்டார்கள்.Furthermore, even though the Araapor Movement filed a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Department and provided evidence, the Anti-Corruption Department shelved it all, extended the investigation for three years, and then dismissed it.

எனவே,நாட்டில் லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத்துறை இருப்பது வீண் தான். மேலும் ,இந்த பிரச்சனையை நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்கிறார் அறப்போர் இயக்கம் ஜெயராமன், நீதிமன்றம் உடனடியாக இதற்கு சிபிஐ விசாரணைக்கு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

மேலும் ,இதை விரைவாகவும், விசாரணை செய்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் உத்திரவிட்டுள்ளது. தவிர,நீதிமன்றம் ஊழல்வாதிகளுக்கு உரிய தண்டனை கொடுத்தால், நிச்சயம் நாட்டில் ஊழல்கள் குறைந்துவிடும்.It has also been ordered to investigate this matter quickly and take action. Besides, if the court gives appropriate punishment to the corrupt, corruption in the country will definitely decrease.

மேலும்,மந்திரிகளுக்கும் ஒரு பயம் இருக்கும். இவர்களுக்கு பதவி என்பது கொள்ளையடிப்பதற்கு பதவி என்று நினைத்துக் கொண்டார்கள். எதற்கு மந்திரி பதவி ?என்று கூட தெரியாதவர்கள் எல்லாம் மந்திரியாகி விட்டார்கள்.Moreover, ministers also have a fear. For them, they think that a position is a position for looting. Those who don’t even know what a ministerial position is for have become ministers.

இனியாவது மக்கள் இந்த ஊழல்வாதிகளின் பணத்திற்கு வாக்களிக்காமல் இருந்தால், இவர்களை எதிர்த்து அறப்போர் இயக்கம் போராட வேண்டியது இல்லை .எங்களைப் போன்ற ஊழலுக்கு எதிரான பத்திரிகைகள் போராட வேண்டியது இல்லை. பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் போராட வேண்டியது இல்லை. If people don’t vote for the money of these corrupt people, the Araapor movement won’t have to fight against them. Anti-corruption newspapers like ours won’t have to fight. Journalists won’t have to fight.

எனவே, மக்கள் இதையெல்லாம் பார்த்து படித்து தங்களை திருத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். ஏனென்றால் !இந்த ஊழலை எதிர்த்து அறப்போர் இயக்கம் போராடுவது அவர்களுடைய சொந்த நலனுக்காக அல்ல ,மக்களுக்காக என்பதை மக்கள் புரிந்து கொண்டால் சரி.Therefore, people should read all this and correct themselves.
