Choose the judges! (Only for merit) The selection should be based on merit and merit only. “At present, the judiciary in the country is causing chaos, agitations and corruption, interference in governance, giving indirect support to the corrupt and those who believe in the law have expressed anguish. Because the judiciary is the last man’s hope. If there is political interference in it, it is a struggle to get justice for the common people.
According to lawyers, political interference in the judiciary has reduced after the BJP came to power. However, in the judiciary, lawyers are appointed as public prosecutors by each political party and they are then elevated as judges. This is completely false. Also, so far

The judiciary was what it was, but from the district court, state court to the Supreme Court, only judges with merit should be appointed.
That is, how many cases are filed by lawyers under the Constitution of India? Should it have been done all these years? It should have succeeded. He should not have any criminal background against him. There should be no wrong earnings. Should not belong to any political party. Such qualified and competent legal experts should be appointed as judges.
Moreover, due to the important judgments happening in the country, confusion and legal battles, criminals and corrupt people get indirect support in the judiciary. Is it the judges appointed by the political parties or the legal team of political parties hiding behind this? While analyzing this, a political party is hiding behind them.
First of all, no political party should nominate them as public prosecutors and judges. It should be completely abolished. Every party, because of the nominated judges, these chaos, legal battles, wrong judgments, corruption for the corrupt, behind all this, political party criminals, hiding behind the law and showing them as good people in the society, many newspapers and television are cheating the people of the country from the political background.

That is why crores of people’s tax money has been wasted on these newspapers and televisions and they are still giving concessions and advertisements. That is, the press that writes the truth has nothing. Those who distort the lie to the people as the truth get all the concessions and advertisements of the government.
If the laws are in line with politicians, that’s fine. That is why the 50-year-old Press Act has not been changed but is against the people. In the judiciary,
If you look at the judges behind the verdicts that have been given, the party background in which they have been selected as judges, they have changed to cover up their mistake and bend the law and pass judgment on their behalf. This is completely wrong.

The common man will get justice only if the judiciary corrects the country. If not, it’s a struggle. If a justice is to be sought in the High Court, only those who have lakhs of rupees can file a case.
Not only that, there is one justice for the incumbents, one justice for the common man, one justice for the judges, and so on. The law is common. If politics comes in, how will there be common justice for all? The power is in my hands. Money is there, can justice be bought? If it can be bought, what is the judiciary for? Is this the question of the common man? besides

The same laws that were enacted 50 years ago are still deceiving this journalism department.
As a result, competent newspapers and deserving people are struggling to convey the truth to the people. It has to be qualified, structured and competent. This is the basis.

What happens if you go and sit as a judge on the recommendation of political parties without knowing or studying the law in the judiciary? As far as he knows, they will be handling the law and will continue to work in the judiciary as long as they can. That’s what’s happening now. If one wants to be a judge, what is the recommendation? Let the qualified person become a judge. What do these political parties know that he has merit? If your client is a law graduate, should you appoint him as a public prosecutor? Or should he be taken and made to sit as a judge? It’s all a big mistake.

Judiciary is the life of the people, politics, culture, society, justice and the struggle for their rights. What should such a judiciary look like? The beginning should be legal experts. There should be no caste fortress, political party quota or religious quota. “If I get a certificate of Rs 50,000 or Rs 1 lakh from Andhra Pradesh or Karnataka, register as a lawyer and get a post in some party and come back without studying the law, then the life struggle of the people of the country and the future of the country is questionable.

Therefore, the power to correct the judiciary rests with the President of the country. He appoints the judges of the Supreme Court. Therefore, the country should enact a law that no political party should recommend any more to prosecutors or judges. Only then is the solution to this.
