More than 10,000 trainees staged a protest at the Chennai Central Railway Station against the Southern Railway for not giving them jobs even after more than 13 years of completing their training as ICFL Apprentices. They have alleged corruption in railway administration and demanded a CBI probe and an ED probe. besides
Is this the work of the central government? Or is it the GO of the central government that contracted all these jobs during the Congress regime? Chidambaram has also taken over the contract of the entire Southern Railway, ticket counters and ticket checks.
Similarly, those who have completed their training in ICF are not able to be given jobs, is there? Also, those who have completed the training will rely on it. Therefore, it is only fair that the central government should give them jobs. Besides, even if it was a ‘jeeva’ that was put up during the Congress regime, it should be cancelled.
If not, the ICF trainees are demanding that the Supreme Court should be quashed and educated youth should be given railway jobs.
