The Madras High Court verdict will now protect the natural resources of Tamil Nadu, such as rivers, lakes and hills.

The Madras High Court has given this verdict after looking at the root of this.

That is, if you take too much of any kind of mineral like rivers, ponds, lakes, mountains, etc. The Madras High Court has ruled that the District Collectors of the respective districts are responsible. While the verdict has been well received by the public, it has come as a shock to quarry owners.

Whichever government comes to power, it will have to follow this. Similarly, social activists will continue to sue in the country. Even if the quarry owners go to the Supreme Court against this, they will ensure that it is the right verdict.

Also, there is a case going on that the issue has been taken up more than the sand measurement taken by the ED in the rivers. The District Collectors are struggling to escape the problem. Now the authorities will be on alert.
Why are they robbing? Do you have to go to the court with folded hands and answer? Therefore, all the district collectors will be alert. Mineral officials will also be alert. Also,
This is not only sad news for the quarry owners, but also for the political parties in Tamil Nadu, those who were panchayat presidents and those who dreamt of becoming the next panchayat president.

Believing this, they competed with the panchayat presidents in most of the villages. Even now, even the Karuvela trees in the lakes in Vidaiyur village of Tiruvallur district will not be auctioned for those who come as panchayat presidents.

So, if the panchayat president comes to the account of the river and the lake, it will not be possible to expect crores or lakhs. The awaited time is over. This is not just for one village, but in the whole of Tamil Nadu, 99 per cent of the votes are contesting for panchayat presidents. The Madras High Court’s verdict on this is like a cheque. not only that

In many villages, there will be conflict problems when these quarries are running. If the public complains to the District Collector about excessive excessive extraction of lake soil, mountain soil or river sand, action will be taken by more than 90 per cent.

The quarry owners can give money to the villagers, political parties and panchayat presidents only if they take too much soil. If the quarry owners had to run the quarry, they would put a towel on their heads. So, it is difficult to trust it anymore, say the quarry owners.

Now if the police are in their favour! There is no doubt that the court will turn its back on them.
Therefore, the verdict of the Madras High Court is the right one.
