The makkaladhikaram Magazine has sent a letter to Chief Justice of India Chandra Sood seeking legal and regulatory changes in the field of journalism and the information collected through RTI for more than five consecutive years.
That’s what the news is about. I would like to state that this news has been published with the intention of bringing this message to the attention of the judiciary, the media and the public.
With the changes of time, society needs social justice to restore its rights through legislation! It is only available through the law. It is in that belief that when the social welfare press is denied its rights, it can be remedied by law.
With that belief, I have sent this to the Chief Justice of India in the hope that we can convey our anguish and difficulties and bring about social justice in this field of journalism.
Despite the talent and competence in the country, the central and state governments are ignoring our hard work. Money can’t buy all this. But if there is government support for undeserving newspapers, it also calls itself a newspaper. Whether it is a commercial motive or a political party, it is against the social good to ignore the advertisements when they are given concessions and advertisements. besides
What we want is that the government should recognise our rights by looking at our merit, quality, talent and giving us our rights. But if the privilege belongs only to the corporate on a partisan basis, if the advertisements belong to the tax money of the people, then it can never be accepted. So, seeking justice, seeking justice from the judge. Our just demand.
