இதன் சுயநலத்திற்கு பத்திரிகைகளை அங்கீகரிக்கிறார்களா? அல்லது மக்களின் பொதுநலத்திற்கு பத்திரிக்கை என்று அங்கீகரிக்கிறார்களா? எப்படி அங்கீகரித்து?அதற்கான சலுகை, விளம்பரங்களை செய்தித்துறை தீர்மானிக்கிறது?Do they recognize newspapers for their own selfish interests? எனவே ,இனி நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு இந்த உண்மை நன்கு புரியும் என்று நினைக்கிறேன். மேலும், நீதித்துறை இது பற்றி சூமோட்டோ வழக்காக எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பது தான் சமூக நலன் பத்திரிகைகள் மற்றும் பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் கோரிக்கை.So, I think the court will now understand this fact better.
