Justice still survives because of a few judges. Otherwise, justice would have died long ago in the country. If the powerful Enforcement Directorate under a central government is not investigating, then who can detect the scam? Who will they answer to? They are running to the court frequently as if they are law-abiding.
If the ED comes in, it won’t come normally. Most of the time they come with all the reasons and evidence dug up legally. They will not come without proof. If the Tamil Nadu government is filing a case in the High Court that it has no jurisdiction to investigate such a department, has the DMK government patta in Tamil Nadu? Is that the question for those who know the law?
Just as the elected representatives of the people claim that they have the power, do not the elected representatives of the people who govern India have power? Why are you afraid? Why are you running to court? Your management has gone wrong. Running High Court? Are you running to the Supreme Court? Why file a lawsuit? If things don’t go wrong, why run?
If the court is in order in the country, the corrupt can be sent home or punished and released from politics. That is why ED, CBI, Income Tax and political corruption criminals have been spared punishment by many judges. The people who are fighting to eradicate corruption in the country, social welfare press, social activists, NGOs, despite their efforts, are being sold with power and money.
If an ordinary officer takes 1000, 500, 50000, 1 lakh, bribe is caught by corrupt officials. But if they are corrupted to the tune of thousands of crores, how do they escape from the clutches of the courts and the law? Is this the main question of the general public? so
If the judges realize their responsible duties, get justice for the people and punish the corrupt who exploit the people of the country, then it will be your service to the Goddess of Justice.
