அதனால், சட்டத்தை ஏமாற்ற என்ன வழி என்று தேடும் போது,வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு கொண்டு சென்று, அங்கு சொத்து வாங்கி போடுகிறார்கள் .வெளி மாநிலத்தில் சொத்து வாங்கி போடுகிறார்கள். வெளிநாடுகளில் தொழில் ஆரம்பிக்கிறார்கள். இங்கு கொள்ளையடிக்கப்பட்ட பணம் வெளிநாடுகளில் போய் சேர்ந்து விடுகிறது. அதனால், அது யாருக்கு பயன்? என்றால், அந்த நாட்டில் வாழக்கூடிய மக்களுக்கு அது பயன். இங்கே இருக்கின்ற மக்களுக்கு அது பயன் அளிக்காது.
