அதனால், சட்டம் என்பது அரசியல்வாதிகளை, அரசியல் கட்சியினரை பாதுகாக்க சட்டம் அல்ல, சாமானிய மக்களையும் பாதுகாக்க சட்டம் இருக்கிறது .Therefore, the law is not a law to protect politicians and political parties, but a law to protect ordinary people as well.
