பத்திரிக்கை துறை! அறிவு சார்ந்த துறை, அதில் ஏழைக்கும், பணக்காரனுக்கும் உள்ள தகுதியை வைத்து, பத்திரிகைகளை மத்திய, மாநில அரசு சர்குலேஷன் சட்டத்தால், தீர்மானிப்பதா? குடியரசு நாள் எது ?என்று தெரியாமல் பேசிய ஸ்டாலினுக்கு பத்திரிக்கையை பற்றி என்ன தெரியும்?
